aLIVE Madrasah Classes

I have been committed to this religious class for 10 years. Throughout my journey in aLIVE, I have adapted skills and values such as communication, resilience and responsibilities and commitment. I had to attend these classes every weekend for 10 years and it allowed me to practice the responsibility of getting up early during my weekends to learn something out of my every-day school life. I met new people, worked with them and grew up in a community where I learned to be grateful and positive. I have recently graduated in November 2025, which marked a milestone that I have achieved in life. I look forward into joining a Diploma in 2026, as a new beginning and to further continue my studies. 

STA SOT to CHIANG MAI 2025

I took the opportunity to embark in this journey and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to explore outside of Singapore without my family for the first time. I saw this as a way of learning about the culture in other countries. Through my time there, we visited Chiang Mai's most popular Night Markets, tasted their traditional foods, learned about their culture, visited a Museum, went on a tour to their different temples, went to the SuperBee farm and visited their Elephant PooPoo Paper Park. I have gained so much insights while I was there, and it was definitely an experience that I would love to go through again. If there ever is an opportunity for me to travel, I would definitely take it up. Here are some photos of my experience at Chiang Mai!
